IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?
Absolutely. Yes, but make sure is sealed and not yet open

We’ll inspect the goods once returned back to us and process the return within 7 days. Payment will be returned back to you via the original form of payment minus the shipping cost.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS?
We will accept returns and exchanges on any of our products within 3 days of the item’s arrival. After 3days, Panela Tobias cannot accept returns for any reason.

DOES THE RETURN COST ANYTHING?
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping & handling.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
As soon as we receive the product, we will inspect it and then send the refund within 7 days.
